In this teaching, I tell my story of growing up, going to college, getting married, and then becoming addicted to porn. All the stress of early marital problems led to an outlet of physical excitement without emotional attachment or baggage. My addiction nearly cost me my marriage. I discuss the hard road to recovery, and what I have learned in the journey. I then conclude with a discussion about how pornography is the silent destroyer in the church and in our world today, and that 50% of Christian men and 20% of Christian women are addicted to porn. It is decimating marriages, families, and individual lives. And we need to begin addressing it now.
