Kindness is listed as a fruit of the Spirit in Galatians 5. Alongside virtues of love, joy, and peace, kindness seems like a weak virtue. But that’s because we mistake niceness for kindness. Biblical kindness isn’t niceness. And all too often, we’re nice, but we’re not kind. And we’re missing out on powerful opportunities to put the love of God on display and to serve others in a useful way. This teaching unpacks how to grow this powerful fruit in our lives.
